Sea & Sea has received reports
that a small number of DX-1G digital cameras meant for the US market,
(Part Number: SS-06581A) have been received with the factory default
language setting as Japanese.
In order to change the default language setting to English please
consult your DX-1G user manual, download the setup instructions
HERE or follow
the simple steps listed below:
You will need the following items to
proceed:
- DX-1G Camera
- Fully charged Battery
Language Setup Instructions
- Remove DX-1G Lens Cap
- Set Camera MODE to Auto (Green Camera
Icon)
- Turn Power On
- Set Date and Time, if prompted
- Press MENU button one time
- Press RIGHT Arrow button one time
to enter Setup
- Scroll up to setup screen #5 by
pressing UP Arrow button 2 times until LANGUAGE function is highlighted
- Press RIGHT Arrow button one time
- Press DOWN Arrow button one time
to select ENGLISH
- Depress the "OK/Menu"
Button to lock in setting
- Proceed with normal use
