SEA&SEA USA Limited Warranty

SEA&SEA’s Limited Warranty provides to the original retail purchaser that this SEA&SEA product is free from defects in material or workmanship.

SEA&SEA agrees, at its option, to either repair or replace the unit with same or similar available product within One (1) year from date of original purchase. 

Proof of purchase (sales receipt) from an authorized SEA&SEA USA retailer is required to obtain service during the warranty period.

Standard ground freight within the United States for return of repaired/replaced warranty products to the customer will be covered by SEA&SEA USA.  A shipment outside the United States or expedited return delivery is the sole responsibility of the customer and is available for an additional charge.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER FINISHES OR BATTERIES, NOR DOES IT COVER DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ACCIDENT, MISUSE, ABUSE, DIRT, WATER, BATTERY LEAKAGE, TAMPERING, SERVICING PERFORMED OR ATTEMPTED BY UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE AGENCIES OR PERSONS.

THIS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY IN THE COUNTRY WHERE THIS PRODUCT IS PURCHASED.

SEA&SEA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM CUSTOMER’S USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE EQUIPMENT EITHER SEPARATELY, IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER EQUIPMENT, OR FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR LOSS OR DESTRUCTION OF OTHER PROPERTY, OR FROM ANY OTHER CAUSE.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state.

USA warranty claims should be sent prepaid by traceable means such as Fed Ex, UPS or USPS to

SEA&SEA, 2380 Mira Mar Ave., Long Beach, CA 90815 (NO COD is accepted).

The company reserves the right under its product improvement policy to change construction or design details without obligation regarding previous models and furnish equipment when so altered without reference to illustration or specification used herein.

SEA&SEA products are designed for use underwater and for this very reason the products have to be properly handled, stored, maintained and prepared by trained professionals. SEA&SEA products offered online at unreasonably lower prices than normal for your region are most likely ‘gray market’ goods. Gray market goods are not usually stored or transported correctly and are not prepared by trained professionals at sale, which can lead to serious consequences including damage to other items (such as cameras and lenses) or even personal injury.

SEA&SEA and its official distributors will not cover warranties or guarantee SEA&SEA products if purchased from unauthorized dealers or unauthorized online shops, or if the corresponding proof-of-purchase (sales receipt/invoice) or warranty certificate (issued by an official regional SEA&SEA dealer/distributor) is not produced when presenting a warranty claim.
